Yoga Classes

Weekly Schedule:

Fri: 7pm Meditation and Prana Yama (60 minutes)

Sun: 9:30am Yoga Therapy (90 minutes) – Hosted alternating weekends by Sarah Deas and RYT Lara O’Keefe.

All classes take place inside of the Culture Athletics Studio, which is located at 1175 Queen Street East.  WALK-INS are welcome!
