As a holistic nutritionist and yoga instructor, I aim to help clients through a range of modalities. Health and well-being stem from living a well-rounded and positive lifestyle. When something disrupts ones health, it is important to address all potential causes and to heal from a deeper level. This includes catering to the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional well-being of an individual. I have personally transformed my own life through these practices and continue to use these techniques to aid my ongoing, self-healing journey.
Through nutrition, yoga, meditation and lifestyle factors, one can dramatically alter their lifestyle for the better. I am here facilitate that process through individual nutritional counselling and group seminars, as well as yoga and meditation classes.
